
3 AND 4 YEAR OLD

Classes for children ages 3-5 that help them build balance, strength in a fun an interactive way in a small group.
BEGINNERS

Classes for children 4+ focused on agility and coordination, with specific strength and flexibility exercises.
INTERMEDIATE

Pace of learning is a little faster and the skills are developed further. Students can move onto Intermediate level, as soon as they have mastered the basic skills in the beginner class and can show good strength and flexibility.
ADVANCED

Focus is on competition and building the skills necessary to advance. Students can move onto Advanced level, as soon as they have mastered the skills in the intermediate level.
